Meditation is a practice of quieting and emptying the mind to allow your conciousness to connect with the limitless field of energy from the most High. Allowing yourself that space is the way to bring that energy down into your life. When you go back to your daily life your mind becomes your partner and no longer your master. 

Learning to meditate is called a practice because mastering the process of stillness in the midst of modern life is ongoing. Every day of your life will be different so your experience with meditating will be different as well. It can take you 1 week, 4 weeks, 4 years or who knows how long to feel that you've mastered the process. 


Your meditation practice will be rich in the moments of practice. Each time you sit will be the goal and the destination. Your attention to your process will create your results and benefits. You can't go wrong unless you don't try.

When you can find moments of solitude and peace, space opens up and you can relax and breathe. That’s when the magic happens.

How do I feel joy and peace in spite of all the stress in my life. Who am I?

What is out there beyond the sky? Why is my life the way it is? What do I do to make my dreams come true? What am I doing here?

Everything in life has a frequency, including our state of mind. When you develop a meditation practice you can access a higher frequency and a higher vibe way of being. The more you, practice, the more consistent your energy level becomes. 

Your worry, stress, confusion, anger, sadness and fear can transform into ease, peace, serenity, clarity, harmonious relationships and vitality. 

Meditating in the midst of this hectic world we live in can create the space you need to receive the guidance your Soul is begging to give you. You can’t really go wrong with that.

The power of your Soul leading your life gives you the strength to show up for your Self and the ones you love with grace and strength.

I meditate because it feels good to me. When I feel anxious and when I want clarity and direction, I meditate. I love the silence in my Soul. I meditate because even when I have lots to do, which is pretty much all the time, giving myself a moment to come to my center and clear my mind gives me even more purpose and direction for when I am ready to get to my busy life. My day flows more smoothly and I don’t feel like I’m fighting against the tide. That inner feeling is sweet and soulful. At this point, I don’t think I could live without it.
